Gaston Escudero III is a Managing Director and Registered Representative at Bangerter Financial Services. Gaston has expertise in educating high net worth real estate investors on the various ways they can shelter taxes, preserve wealth & generate passive income. Gaston played Division I Baseball at Penn State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Business. He holds FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) licenses.
Gaston has upwards of 10 years of experience working for multi-billion-dollar institutional real estate companies that focus on 1031 Exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts, Opportunity Zone Funds, 721 UpREITs & Tax Efficient IRA-Roth Conversions. He has a passion for educating high net worth investors on the various ways they can shelter taxes, preserve wealth, and generate passive income in retirement.
Gaston’s institutional experience enables him to identify specific tax saving strategies to meet his clients’ goals and objectives. Outside of his day-to-day business duties, Gaston enjoys golfing, surfing, spending time with family, his dog Rocky, and going to church.
